With over 18 years of experience in delivering Infrastructure deployment and Managed IT services, Jeffery brings to us extensive experience of propelling a high level of customer satisfaction in support services to large and small corporate in Uganda. 

Jeffery holds a Bachelor’s Degree in IT and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering 

He participates with top management to establish strategic plans and Go to Market (GTM) objectives. In his key accounts he is responsible for establishing long-term relationship and growing the business to ensure the achievement of commercial objectives.

In Mantra, Jeffery has an integral role in streamlining the company’s processes with a focus on the technical service delivery. As an Electrical Engineer he carries professional accreditations from governing bodies to fulfil customers satisfaction
