Full TIme

3-4 years of experience in IT solutions.
Proven experience as IT technician or relevant position.
Degree in computer science or engineering or relevant field.
Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications.
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems.
Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.
Certification as IT Technicians will be an advantage i.e., CompTIA A+, Microsoft certified professional.
Vendor Certifications (Dell/HP/Lenovo/Cisco, etc.) will be an added advantage.
