The visionary entrepreneur and Founder-Chairman of Mantra Technologies Limited. Armed with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Bangalore University, India, Suneet possesses a wealth of experience in startups, turnarounds, and acquisitions, making him an accomplished business leader.
In 2014, Suneet's entrepreneurial spirit led to the inception of Mantra Technologies. With his unique style of leadership and sharp business acumen, he played a pivotal role in establishing the company as a leading provider of IT solutions and services in Uganda.
Drawing from over 25+ years of entrepreneurial experience in sub-Saharan Africa, Suneet's management approach is a perfect blend of enthusiasm and dynamism. As an exceptional people manager, he believes in leveraging individuals' strengths to bring out their best potential.
Suneet is a visionary leader who places great emphasis on the well-being of his team. He ensures a nurturing environment that fosters safety, comfort, care, flexibility, and recreation opportunities. Beyond his achievements in the technology sector, Suneet's entrepreneurial spirit extends into the education sector, where he successfully runs a nursery and primary school. In 2022, he expanded his business portfolio by acquiring a prominent 20-year-old electrical and power solutions company. This venture specializes in transmission and distribution, renewable energy solutions, and the manufacturing of power cables.
When he's not leading in the business world, Suneet is a passionate sports enthusiast. Cricket and football hold a special place in his heart, and he actively engages in Golf and squash, reflecting his dedication to an active and fulfilling lifestyle.
