Vishal is the Director Finance and a Director on Mantra Technologies board since November 2014. Vishal brings 20+ years of financial planning and analysis, business finance and contracting and statutory legal and compliance to his role.

Vishal holds an MBA in finance and administration and has established himself as a finance leader who always strive for shareholders value creation. Vishal has vast experience in managing corporate governance, treasury and funding, M&A, taxation, financial accounting, and reporting.

Vishal works closely with Chairman and Board of Directors on strategy doesn’t shy from recommending strategic moves. Vishal’s ability to control expenses without sacrificing customer or employee satisfaction are some of his strengths.

Vishal has helped in the overall profitability of the organization by closely keeping an eye on sales trends ,HR related costs ,cost of importation , cost of capital and shifts in market demands.

Vishal guides the finance and accounting team and keeps a broad view of the organizational financial health , allowing the Chairman as well as peers to focus on their own goals and operational issues.
