Sanjai Gerard Bosco

Sanjai comes with over 34 years of rich work experience cut across various Industries, Verticals and Geographies in different Role Level capacities with Organisations, of which more than 12+ years has been in Sub Saharan & South African Countries, and about 22 years of work experience has been in India, SAARC & ASEAN Regions.

As Head of Vendor Alliances, he is involved with identifying and onboarding Mantra with the best of breed Global & International Enterprise Solution OEMS and reputable System Integrator Partners who we collaborate and partner with for large projects. In the past 5 years Sanjai’s initiative of identifying right OEMs/Partner has helped the Mantra Technologies in winning some strategic large value projects, which improved the profitability of the organisation. He has played a key role in building deep relationships with vendors, which has translated the growth journey of the organisation as a dominant enterprise system integrator. Sanjai has been instrumental in driving the organisation’s first E-Governance programme in successfully setting up and running the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), known as UgPass for the country.

He also steers and Heads the Pre-Sales Teams which helps support the Business Teams, in providing Technical solution consulting, positioning, presentations & in preparing technical compliances to all Bids.

As Head of Marketing, he is responsible for brand strategy and delivering high-impact campaigns across multiple platforms that increased Mantra Technologies footprint within our customer environment.. Sanjai also looks after PR and communications, Digital Marketing via Social Media & Web Media, Demand Generation, Partnership development, and branded content creation, etc for the company.

Prior to joining Mantra Technologies, he has held various C-Level roles in various organisations & countries.

Possess a Bachelor’s Degree (in Electronics) from St. Josephs College, Bangalore and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Mount Carmel Institute of Management (MCIM)-Bangalore, (Under Guidance from XLRI-Jamshedpur).

Sanjai is always keen to learn and adapt to the ever-rising digital transformation landscape and trends, keeping himself abreast through continuous learnings and attending specialised trainings.
