Retnakaran Karutha prevalently known as Retna is the Director Technical and a Director on Mantra Technologies board since November 2014. Over the years ,he has played various leadership roles in managing client relationship, commercials, solutioning and various leadership roles within Mantra Technologies. Armed with a degree in telecommunication engineering , Retna has 25+ years of rich experience in the field of IT and Telecommunication industry. Retna possess strong techno – commercial background which has helped the organization in several critical business areas ,including winning business from large accounts, identifying, and building new solutions aligned with the overall organization line of business. Under his guidance and leadership ,Mantra identified vendors like Honeywell for Green Building and Building Automation solutions which further strengthened the organization leadership position in the infrastructure business.

As head of SAP line of business , being a strategic business unit of Mantra Technologies ,he is responsible for linear and non-linear growth of SAP business within the organization. Retna has been able to build domain expertise within Mantra Technologies for SAP which has created opportunities and laid the foundation for its verticalization.

Retna is focused on further strengthening the high-performance technical team and is passionate about hiring new employees with good skill sets.
