Poorvi, is the head of HR. Poorvi focuses on people experience to deliver on Mantra’s promise of ‘freedom to explore’ to its people. She is building a purpose-driven, people-centric, and performance-led team. She works closely with the leadership teams at Mantra technologies , delivering a signature Mantra work culture which is people inclusive.

As the people leader, Poorvi ensures a unique journey for each Mantra employee through diverse teams, hyper-personalized moments that matter, and tech-powered human experiences. She takes interest in talent, learning, diversity, culture, purpose, wellness, and technology in HR, and innovates to deliver a superior experience. Poorvi promotes a culture of continuous learning and upskilling. Poorvi did her master’s in human resource management from George Washington University, Washington D.C,USA. She also has a degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management from Keele University UK .
